ITINERARY
Vietnam - 10 days 9 nights
DAY 1: HANOI - ARRIVAL
Xin Chao and welcome to Hanoi. Upon arrival, you will be met at the airport and assisted with fast-track service to make the arrival process easier. Your private guide and driver will then take you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to relax.
Distances and journey time: Noi Bai Airport to your chosen hotel in Hanoi (35km): 60mins.

DAY 2: FULL DAY HANOI CITY TOUR & STREET FOOD WALKING TOUR B, D
Discover the charm of Hanoi, the “Paris of the East” with its tree-lined boulevards, colonial architecture, and serene lakes. Visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the historic One Pillar Pagoda, and the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university. Conclude with a leisurely cyclo ride through the storied Old Quarter.
In the afternoon, explore the vibrant flavors of Hanoi as you wander through the bustling Old Quarter. Sample signature street dishes, visit local food stalls, enjoy traditional Vietnamese coffee, and savor a glass of bia hoi while observing daily life unfold around you.

DAY 3: HANOI – HA LONG B, L, D
In the morning, depart Hanoi for Halong Bay, a stunning UNESCO World Heritage site renowned for its nearly 3,000 towering limestone islands scattered across the bay and the Gulf of Tonkin.
Arrive around noon and complete the check-in formalities. After a warm welcome on board and settling into your cabin, enjoy lunch as the cruise begins. In the afternoon, take part in visits or activities according to the boat’s scheduled itinerary. As the day ends, the boat will anchor for the night surrounded by karst formations.
Enjoy a sunset cocktail on deck followed by dinner, then retire for the evening.

Hanoi to Halong Bay (160 km): approximately 3 hours
DAY 4: HA LONG – HUE B
Wake up to the fresh morning amidst the islands of the bay for breakfast (brunch on some boats) while enjoying the serene setting of the spectacular rock formations.
Mid-morning, cruise back to the port. Disembark and transfer 2.5hours to Hanoi’s Noi Bai Airport for the flight to Hue.
Upon arrival in Hue, you will be greeted by your local guide and then transferred to hotel for check-in.

DAY 5: HALF DAY CITY TOUR – DINNER AT THA OM RESTAURANT B, D
Start the tour at the Imperial Citadel of Hue, where the Nguyen Dynasty ruled from 1802 to 1945, then continue to Thien Mu Pagoda, Hue’s best-preserved religious monument.
The afternoon is free at leisure.
End the day with a truly special dinner at Tha Om. At the home of Pham Ba Vinh, a descendant of the royal family, listen to captivating stories of Vietnam’s imperial past in an atmospheric replica of a 19th-century Hue residence. Savor a sumptuous dinner in the beautiful gardens as the sun sets over the lotus ponds.

DAY 6: HUE – HOI AN – WALKING TOUR B
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before departing for Hoi An via the scenic Hai Van Pass, with a stop at the picturesque fishing village of Lang Co.
Upon arrival in Hoi An, check in at your hotel.
In the late afternoon, set out on a walking tour of the Old Town. Once a thriving trading port in the 17th and 18th centuries, Hoi An still captivates with its timeless architecture and relaxed atmosphere.

DAY 7: HOI AN – BAMBOO BASKET BOAT & TRA QUE COOKING EXPERIENCE B, L
This morning, visit Cam Thanh coconut village and paddle a bamboo basket boat through its forest, then head to Tra Que herb village for hands-on farming and cooking.
In the afternoon, enjoy some free time to explore Hoi An Old Town on your own

DAY 8: HOI AN – HO CHI MINH – WALKING TOUR – EVENING FOOD TOUR BY VESPA B, L, D
After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Da Nang Airport for your short flight to Ho Chi Minh City.
Upon arrival, meet your guide and driver and transfer to your hotel.
In the afternoon, uncover Saigon’s hidden charm through its colonial landmarks, historic streets, and creative local spaces. Visit the Central Post Office and Reunification Palace, stroll along elegant Dong Khoi Street to the Ho Chi Minh City Museum, and meet a local artisan preserving a traditional craft on Le Loi Street. Continue through a local market to one of the city’s pre-war apartment buildings, now home to stylish cafés and independent boutiques, before ending at the former Indochina Bank, a striking example of Saigon’s East-West architectural heritage.
This evening, set out on the back of a Vespa for a lively journey through Saigon’s buzzing streets. Sample delicious local street food, soak up the city’s energy, and enjoy live music along the way. It will be a fun and memorable final highlight before your journey home.

DAY 9: HO CHI MINH – MEKONG DELTA B, L
In the morning, drive to Cai Be and board a local boat to cruise along the Mekong River. Visit family-run workshops producing rice pancakes, puffed rice snacks, and coconut candy. Enjoy a Mekong Delta–style lunch in the charming setting of an ancient house.
After lunch, continue cruising to a garden center to sample local fruits and wines and enjoy traditional music before crossing the Co Chien River. Return to Ho Chi Minh City in the late afternoon.

DAY 10: HO CHI MINH – DEPARTURE B
Free time at leisure, check-out time standard is at 12:00 then you will be transferred to airport for departure flight.
